Our modern house is located in D-77963 Schwanau-Allmannsweier. The small community of Schwanau is close to the Lahr exit on the A5 motorway. The central, convenient motorway connection makes it possible to visit a wide variety of different destinations in a short time. Recommended sights in our region include the Alsace, the Vosges Mountains, and the historic centre of Freiburg. The Europa-Park theme park and the recently opened Rulantica water world can be reached in about 12 minutes by car. On the ground floor of our two-unit house, you will find our family-friendly holiday flat that was newly furnished in 2023 and will delight your holidaymaker's heart. It comes with a few extras and is ideally suited for couples and families. To make your arrival as pleasant as possible, you can independently check in from 4 pm on the day of arrival, or we will of course be happy to welcome your personally. You can park your car directly outside the flat, and there is an additional storage room in which you can put away your bicycles, for example. In the immediate vicinity of your flat there is a bakery, a supermarket, hairdresser and restaurants or order/pick-up service. We will be happy to give you our recommendations. We see ourselves not just as renting out a holiday flat but as wholehearted hosts. We would like to share our home with guests from all over the world and look forward to meeting you! Of course, you will have your own space in which you can enjoy a peaceful holiday.

Holiday Appartement


The flat is spread out over an area of 95 sqm, providing plenty of space to relax. Its furnishings include a large living and dining area with a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle and much more. The large 55-inch TV in the living area invites you to spend a cosy evening watching TV. Both bedrooms have a double bed. The second bedroom, in addition to the double bed, has a couch that can be converted into a loft bed if required. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat. A lovely bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and an additional WC are part of the furnishings. The enclosed terrace (approx. 40 sqm) with beautiful garden furniture is very inviting when the weather is nice. For our little guests, we have set up a fun play corner. A high chair, baby cot and pram are available for use.
