Traumhafte Finca zwischen Moraira und Calpe mit zwei Wohnungen.

Eine wunderschöne spanische Finca mitten in der Natur. Umgeben von Pinienwäldern, Palmen und Zitrusbäumen scheint man im Paradies angekommen zu sein. Die Sicht auf das Meer sowie die freilebenden Gazellen und Rehe auf dem Grundstück machen diese Finca zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis.



Trotz der absoluten Ruhe liegt die Finca sehr zentral. Mit dem Auto erreicht man das kleine spanische Städtchen Moraira innert 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sandstränden, Wochenmarkt, Restaurants und weitere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Moraira haufenweise. Die etwas grössere Stadt Calpe mit dem Hausberg "Ifach" sowie verschiedenen Sandstränden ist nur 15 Minuten entfernt.
