The villa also has 4 beautifully decorated bathrooms with a shower and 2 separate toilets. The charming kitchen is equipped with everything you could need during your stay, the dining room comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests while the lovely living room is equipped with a fold-out sofa, a TV and a beautiful wood-burning stove creating a cosy and warm atmosphere in the colder winter months.
This fully air-conditioned villa also has a well-equipped cellar where guests can spend pleasant moments together, suitably equipped with a massive wooden table and benches. Those who enjoy activity and are in need of recreation will surely have fun in the trim cabinet which is equipped with a stepper, a spinning bicycle, a rowing machine and weights. If in a competitive mood, you can play a game of pool or darts and those who wish to relax their mind, body and soul can do so in the sauna, or have a good time preparing meals on the wall grill.
Fun is also guaranteed outdoors as the guests also have a tennis court and a mini-soccer field at their disposal. The partially enclosed, 1300 m2 large yard features a large terrace, swimming pool (35 m2), surrounded by sun loungers where guests can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of day and night. A children’s playground is there for the youngest guests. 4 private parking spaces are available as well.
