All rooms are located on the first floor and in addition to the bedrooms you will also find a spacious room that connects the kitchen, dining room and living room. The style of the interior is somewhat minimalist with interesting details and natural color tones. Large glass doors provide plenty of light and a beautiful view of the garden. Brick elements and lovely details give the room an urban flair. From here you can access the large garden with plenty of space for evenings together with a glass of Istrian Teran or tasty barbecue dishes. The inviting pool is surrounded by sun loungers so you can sunbathe and relax. You can also lie down in the hammock for an after-dinner snooze. Here you will also find an open-plan dining area with a view of the pool. The settlement was first mentioned in the 12th century. It was not enclosed by walls, but there was a defensive tower in the center. Three layers of frescoes have been preserved on the walls of the Church of St. Peter and Paul (11th-12th century); a Glagolitic inscription from the 16th century. Near Trviz, on a hill called Piloscak, about 450 meters high, there is one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Istria. The villa is located in the heart of Istria and is ideal for exploring this wonderful and varied region. Many villages and small towns on the hilltops will enchant you with their tradition and authenticity. The first beach is only 30 kilometers away (Porec, Rovinj). If you want to go to the beach, you can also immediately visit the famous tourist centers of Rovinj and Porec. This area is also ideal for those who enjoy cycling and hiking. When it comes to gastronomy, central Istria is known for its olive oil, prosciutto and Istrian malvazija - products that are popular throughout Croatia.
