The property is private and fenced and offers a heated pool (1 May 1 November), a covered terrace with barbecue and dining area, an outdoor hot tub and parking for two cars. Inside, the ground floor has an equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy living room, a wellness area with sauna and shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are three comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own shower and TV. A short drive will take you to the tourist hotspot of Porec. Be sure to visit the Euphrasia Basilica, a 6th century masterpiece considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Charging of electric cars is possible with prior notice. Please note that no youth groups or stag or hen parties are accepted at this property. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.
