The holiday apartment with separate access is located on the upper floor of a holiday home on a plot of approx. 1000 sqm in a quiet residential area. Restaurant and shopping facilities within a radius of 400 metres. Lake Plau is approx. 1 km away. The holiday apartment was modernised and partially refurnished in 2022. It is equipped with a living room with sofa bed, dining area, flat-screen TV and radio, an open-plan kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, various kitchen appliances, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and WC. The apartment has central heating. There is also an outdoor seating area, barbecue, WLAN connection 1.00 Euro/day, bicycle cellar and car park. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets: One small dog up to a size of 40 cm is allowed in this accommodation.

The climatic health resort of Plau am See is a small town in the Mecklenburg Lake District with a long tradition as a holiday resort. The lake of the same name is the third largest in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern at 38.4 km². Bathing beaches, boat and bike hire, a diving and sailing school, climbing park, passenger boat trips and good fishing opportunities are all located in the town. There is also a picturesque old town centre with numerous restaurants, cafés and shops.
