The approx. 60 sqm three-room vacation apartment for 2 to max. 4 persons is located separately on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner's approximately 1000 sqm residential property in a central location. the apartment was modernized and tastefully furnished in 2021. There is a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV), 1 bedroom (double bed), an open kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer, hot air fryer, various kitchen appliances), a second bedroom with 2 guest loungers and a bathroom with bathtub. An infrared cabin and wellness facilities can be used by arrangement. The apartment is heated by central heating. There is a covered balcony with garden furniture, sun loungers and electric barbecue, secure storage space for bicycles, a parking lot and a shared terrace with barbecue and a small outdoor pool (use May-Sept./1 x per week heating to 33 ° C with at least 17 ° C outside temperature). Internet (WLAN) is also available and the total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, some are provided for the wellness area. Pets are not allowed.

Eggesin, the gateway to the lagoon, is a small town in the middle of the Szczecin Lagoon Nature Park, which is characterized by the natural unspoilt sections of the lagoon coast with the lagoon meadows, vast forest complexes of the Ueckermünde Heath, the lowlands of the Uecker and Randow rivers and the Brohmer Mountains. Nature lovers and stressed city dwellers will find peace and quiet here even in the high season and can explore the densely wooded region by bike or on the waterway. The relevant information and excursion tips are available at the Eggesin Nature Park Visitor Center and boats and rafts can be hired at the idyllic natural harbour in the middle of the town." The port town of Ueckermünde with its fine sandy beach and zoo is only about 8 km away and the border with neighbouring Poland is about 20 km away."
