Quiet and rural location on the outskirts of Helpt, one of two recently renovated holiday apartments for 5 and 6 people on the approx. 1,700 sqm, fully fenced residential property on the ground and upper floors of a detached house. A swimming area on the Mühlensee lake is approx. 1.5 km away, shops and restaurants in the mill town of Woldegk approx. 4 km away.

The non-smoking flat, which is tastefully furnished to a high standard, centrally heated and equipped with insect screens, can be reached via a shared corridor. All guests have access to a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (EUR 5 per wash), one carport per apartment (additional parking available), seating, barbecue, a large pavilion and two sun loungers on the spacious grounds, bicycle storage and storage room, a cot and free WiFi.

The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption, firewood, bed linen and towels (NO shower towels). To be paid on site: Use of washing machine/dryer (5 EUR/wash cycle).

One dog is allowed in this accommodation. Small dogs (no cats) up to 30 cm in size are allowed in the apartment, larger animals are accommodated in a hut with a run on the property.

The approx. 86 m² apartment for up to 5 people, equipped with underfloor heating and external blinds, extends over the entire lower floor and has a large living room (fireplace incl. firewood, sofa bed, dining table, flat screen TV, radio, CD player, DVD-Bluray player) with open, modern kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. There are two bedrooms (2 single beds; can also be put together, 1 x two single beds, both with additional TV), a bathroom (shower, bathtub, WC, hairdryer), a spacious hallway and a large, furnished terrace with a beautiful view of the countryside.

Helpt is a district of the „mill town“ Woldegk and is best known for the „Helpter Berge“, which at around 179 metres above sea level is the highest natural elevation in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The wooded mountain range is embedded in a gently undulating landscape - surrounded by forests and lakes - which invites you to explore nature on foot or by bike.Shops and restaurants can be found in Woldegk, approx. 4 km away, which is characterised above all by a total of five preserved windmills. Three of them are located on the Mühlenberg and are open to visitors as a café, museum and technical monument. 20 kilometres away, the district town of Neubrandenburg in the Mecklenburg Lake District is also well worth a visit. The „four-gate town“ offers many shopping opportunities as well as various restaurants, cafés and pubs. In addition to the historic town wall and Lake Tollensesee, a particular attraction is the concert church with its new organ, which is famous beyond the borders of Mecklenburg and hosts numerous concerts and events.
