The holiday apartment SEra is one of 10 well-kept holiday apartments in the idyllic and quietly situated agrotourism hotel SArboçar. The tastefully furnished apartment has two cosy double bedrooms, a small kitchen, a separate dining room and a bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has two separate beds. Both sleeping areas are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. One of the bedrooms and the dining room have access to a private terrace that leads directly into the well-tended garden of the holiday accommodation.

The communal areas include a large outdoor pool with a spacious wooden terrace. Both the sun terrace and the pool itself are accessible via a ramp; the pool is also designed to be safe for children. In addition, the pool area is slightly elevated so that parents can keep an eye on their children while they play in the surrounding garden. For the little ones, chickens, ducks, sheep and a pony offer the opportunity to cultivate loving friendships with the animal inhabitants. There is also an eco-garden, a barbecue area and the opportunity to take part in organised excursions. Inside the carefully renovated country house there is a spacious dining room and a cosy TV room for communal use. Incidentally, the farmhouse emphasises sustainability. It has its own well and electricity is generated by solar panels. The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the S'Arbocar agritourism in the north-east of Mallorca. Sant Llorenç and the medieval village of Artá are around 10 minutes away by car. The east coast with several beautiful beaches and bays can be reached in 20-30 minutes by car.
