What the rural Villa Roquera has to offer guests is nothing less than a little piece of heaven. The rural villa is slightly elevated above the surrounding area and offers breathtaking panoramic views not only of the property, but of the entire region all the way to the sea. It offers a wonderfully secluded setting where you have the entire property to yourself and nothing stands in the way of enjoying the incredibly beautiful surroundings. The outdoor area is simply spectacular. The pool area is huge and you will be amazed not only by the size of the pool, but also by the massage jet and the in-built Jacuzzi area. The pool is between 0.55 m and 1.80 m deep and is surrounded by a sun terrace. The house is fully south-facing, so you can relax and enjoy as much of the Mediterranean sun as possible. There are also three parasols to provide shade when needed. If you don't fancy lying on one of the sun loungers but are looking for another cosy spot, check out the gorgeous Bali-style daybed or the comfortable polyrattan garden lounge group, both of which are arranged around the pool. There is another seating area with a small table and four chairs by the brick barbecue at the side of the pool. Here the path leads to the outdoor sauna, past the table tennis table, which promises a great time for guests of all ages. You will also find a secluded pavilion, built on a natural stone platform and covered with a bamboo roof, offering another cosy seating area with a table and comfortable chairs. So there's more than enough space for anyone who wants to spread out on the grounds and spend time alone or in smaller groups.
The majestic villa itself looks down from its perch on a slight hill. A wide staircase leads up to the covered veranda in front of the house. On the veranda you will find a huge dining table with comfortable chairs and enough space for the whole group to enjoy meals together. Opposite the table is another cosy seating area with a bench and armchairs, where you can enjoy a feeling of luxury while looking out over a magnificent landscape that seems endless and is only bordered by the sea. An added bonus is undoubtedly the draught beer tap, which the attentive owners have provided for the benefit of their guests. So nothing stands in the way of a nice barbecue evening with a glass of cold beer in your hand.
The veranda leads into the spacious interior of the house, which is no less impressive than the beautiful outdoor area. As is often found in Mallorcan country villas, the contemporary furniture is complemented by a rustic touch. The foyer leads directly into a large room where you will find the lounge area with bright upholstered furniture, a large LCD TV and an iPod docking station to play your favourite songs. On the other side of the room is a long dark wood dining table with matching chairs; there is also a high chair for younger guests. An elegant, modern chandelier forms the centrepiece of this spacious, open-plan dining area. Behind the living/dining room is the kitchen, which is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and dark wooden cupboards. The modern feel of the room is enhanced by the use of high quality stainless steel throughout. A large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a gas hob and a separate oven at a practical chest height, a microwave, a toaster - everything you need for the self-sufficient holiday living you've been looking for is here. And the kitchen has its own door to the outside, which allows for pleasant, natural ventilation. Two of the house's six bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom, one of which even has a large bathtub with whirlpool function. The other four bedrooms are located on the upper floor, which can be reached via a large staircase near the entrance area. Two of the bedrooms on the upper floor have their own bathroom and the other two share a bathroom. Each bedroom is generously sized and offers plenty of wardrobe space for the clothes you bring or take with you while you are here on Mallorca. They are also equipped with a small desk/dressing table. On the upper floor of the magnificent country villa Roquera, there is also a balcony from which you can enjoy even more beautiful views of the surrounding countryside to the horizon, where the sky seems to merge with the sea. The two largest coves in the nature park, Ses Fonts de n'Alís and S'Amarador, are connected by a short paved footpath along the rocky coastline. For nature lovers, the park offers beautiful sandy beaches as well as a wealth of flora and fauna and other natural attractions to discover.
