Tucked away at the end of a quiet residential street on the outskirts of Petra, this exceptional townhouse offers a peaceful retreat whilst being an ideal base for exploring the island. The spacious living areas are spread over three levels and offer an inviting outdoor area with traditional pebble courtyards and small terraces. Here you will find comfortable seating, a charming dining area and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The ground floor opens onto the inner courtyard and offers privacy and light-flooded rooms.

Enter into a welcoming reception area leading to a bedroom and bathroom. Behind the old archway you will find a charming living room with fireplace as well as a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. On the first floor there is a bright TV room, three bedrooms, one of which has its own small terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub. On the third floor, enjoy a quiet bedroom and a roof terrace with a marvellous view.

The townhouse is located on the outskirts of Petra in the centre of the island. Small supermarkets are within walking distance. There are various wineries and restaurants to discover around the town. The long sandy beach in the bay of Alcúdia is only 25 minutes away.
