However, you don't have to sacrifice your privacy and can enjoy all your meals on the covered terrace overlooking the sea in fine weather, including a delicious dinner cooked on the gas barbecue if you feel like it. From the spacious, sunny balcony on the first floor, you can enjoy the view over palm trees, pine trees and the scattered houses in the neighbourhood all the way to the sea.
The beautiful roof terrace offers plenty of space for a relaxing start or end to the day and is easily accessible from two bedrooms. These are furnished with double beds, while another of the air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor has two single beds. Cala Pi, an old fishing village with 650 inhabitants, has been spared from mass tourism. Along the cliffs, you can choose between beautiful hiking trails that lead to the Torre de Cala Pi with its marvellous views. The 147 steps down to the crystal-clear, turquoise-coloured Cala Pi are definitely worth it, followed by a relaxing dip in the water of the child-friendly, shallow sandy beach, as 30-metre-high rocks tower above you. The sea view villa Casa Habana is located two streets away from the phenomenal cliffs of the beautiful coastal town of Cala Pi. This well-kept urbanisation allows you to spend wonderful hours taking long walks along the impressive coastline. You can do your shopping in the surrounding towns in the south of the island.
