The charming townhouse "Sa Casa Vella" is tucked away in a quiet row of houses in a typical Mallorcan village. When you enter through the door marked 60, you walk through three rooms on the ground floor to reach a charming inner courtyard.

This is a holiday home in Fincallorca.

Here, the owners have blended the historic character of the house with modern comforts to create an oasis of tranquillity. The large pool with its curved, calligraphic shape invites you to relax, while high-quality loungers provide the perfect spot for sunbathing. An old tree, a fountain and a covered terrace with wild climbing plants add to the charm. A covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue completes the picture for al fresco dining.

Inside, the house has retained its rustic, fairytale charm, with exposed natural stone walls and large wooden beams. The dining room and cosy living room with fireplace are perfect for family celebrations. A well-equipped kitchen and a utility room are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, four bright bedrooms and two bathrooms provide plenty of space. One bedroom has a bunk bed, while the others are doubles. One bedroom is air-conditioned and the others have fans and central heating.

The centrally located village of Vilafranca de Bonany is also known as the granary of the island: Surrounded by agricultural land and idyllic windmills, you are only about half an hour away from the airport and the vibrant island capital of Palma. The beautiful beaches of the east coast can also be reached quickly from the townhouse "Sa Casa Vella", while the harbour promenade of Porto Cristos is only 23.5 km away. Manacor is ideal for shopping (15 minutes by car).
