Under the covered terrace by the house you will find a massive dining table with matching chairs as well as one of the two entrances to the house (the other is on the hill). Inside, you will also find several natural stone walls as well as smoothed walls, which create a special living ambience in contrast. The living area is particularly cosy with a large sofa corner, a brick fireplace (for the cooler winter months), a TV, WiFi and modern decorative pieces. Everything is clean, cheerful and spotless. The dining area is adjacent to the living area and has a solid wooden table and chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, you will find two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. This slightly elevated area of the house is accessible from the hallway via three steps.
The breathtaking Villa Son Sellart is situated in a spectacular, secluded and panoramic location in the east of Mallorca. Despite the absolutely quiet location, you can still quickly reach several supermarkets (in Manacor and Sant Llorenc) as well as numerous beautiful sandy bays. These are the Calas de Mallorca, a total of 18 beaches along the east coast of Mallorca, characterised by fine-grained sand and gentle slopes, some of which are completely unspoilt.
