The staggered design creates a lovely terrace where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. By the pool, you can choose to lounge in the open air or enjoy the shade of the parasol. The poolside lounge offers another shady retreat that is ideal for relaxing. The pool offers a refreshing dip on warm days and an outdoor shower adds to the comfort.

Inside, the finca is spacious, stylish and bathed in natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. A mixture of wood and a mix of classic and modern furniture creates an inviting atmosphere. The open-plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen serves as the centrepiece of the house. A bedroom with a double bed and a guest WC are located on the ground floor. There are three further double bedrooms and two large shower rooms on the upper floor. One of the upper bedrooms opens onto a private terrace with panoramic views of the breathtaking landscape.

The absolutely tranquil finca "Can Alba" is located in the east of Mallorca in the municipality of Sant Llorenç. It is surrounded by an area planted with oleander, palm, olive, citrus and fig trees. The village with shopping facilities is only 5 minutes away and the nearest beaches are approx. 12 to 14 km away.
