Welcome to our charming chalet, located just a 5-minute walk above the picturesque village of Lauenen. Enjoy the peaceful setting with unobstructed, stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
The chalet features a spacious, light-filled living and dining area, ideal for social evenings. The three bedrooms are cozy and offer ample space for the whole family. The kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated in 2004 and are modern and well-equipped. Additional amenities include oil heating, a cellar for storage, and a covered terrace perfect for relaxing.
The kitchen is equipped with a capsule coffee machine (Migros) as well as a filter coffee maker, and for entertainment, there is an HD TV and WiFi. In front of the house, there is a small lawn area with seating as well as a simple fire pit—perfect for enjoyable evenings under the open sky. Two parking spaces are available, ensuring a convenient arrival.
The rental price includes tourist taxes, electricity, water, heating, and waste disposal fees. Bed and bath linen are charged separately at CHF 15 per person. Shopping facilities are available just 5 minutes away in the village.
During the winter season, you can reach the family-friendly ski lift and cross-country ski trail in Lauenen within a 15-minute walk or a 4-minute drive (free parking available at the ski lift). The renowned Gstaad ski area is also just a 10-minute drive away. From spring to autumn, countless hiking opportunities await in the immediate vicinity.
