Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 double sofabed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the garden. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, telephone, children's high chair (extra). Internet (DSL/LAN, free). Reserved parking, garage. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.     “Die Lage ist schön und ruhig. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Alles sehr alt und abgewohnt. Es sind einige Renovierungsarbeiten nötig.
    Das Haus war bei der Ankunft nur oberflächlich sauber. Die Küche bräuchte dringend mal eine Grundreinigung.Den Backofen hätte man vor dem ersten benutzen erstmal richtig schrubben müssen. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer war übersät von Flecken und müsste dringend mal ausgetauscht oder gründlich gereinigt werden.
    Die Lage des Balkones war super. Der Ausblick sehr schön und die Ruhe dort war zu genießen. Allerdings stand ein total durchgerosteter Sonnenschirmständer auf dem Balkon und die Halterung der Balkonbrüstung war total brüchig.
    Das Schlafzimmer ist wohl recht neu und war für uns das angenehmste und sauberste Zimmer.
