Chalet Neuhaus is situated in a beautiful, sunny spot in Ried im Zillertal, close to Kaltenbach and the ski lifts. You have this detached house entirely to yourself, so privacy is guaranteed! The house is also next to the local train, which even has a steam locomotive that runs once a day! The spacious house is divided over three levels and contains no fewer than five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The wellness room has a sauna and a variety of fitness equipment. You even have your own private bar, where you can enjoy a cosy drink in the evening! The house is surrounded by a large garden with a terrace and garden furniture. All these amenities combine to make a fantastic house with plenty of privacy!
If you use the heating from mid-April to mid-November, you need to reimburse the owner for this on site. From mid-November to mid-April heating is included in the price.

    “Das Haus ist sehr sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und ist mit Auto und Bahn hervorragend zu erreichen und liegt trotzdem absolut ruhig. Die Bilder in der Angebotsseite geben die Ausstattung sehr gut wieder. Das Haus und das Inventar sind im erstklassigem Zustand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht, alle wünsche zu erfüllen und schaut nach dem rechten - so das Probleme gar nicht erst entstehen können. Das Haus wird Picobello sauber übergeben und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch und geborgen. Die Highlights für uns - Der Partyraum mit Bar und "Weinkeller", spitzen Sauna mit Wellness-Dusche ink. Sternenhimmel, die Sportgeräte (auch sehr hochwertig), der Kicker (kostenpflichtig), ein Wasserbett, ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank, 3 TV im Haus. eine wunderbare Essküche (lädt zum verweilen ein) sowie ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit "Lümmelecke", der Apfelbaum (sehr leckere Äpfel), kostenloses Fahrrad, grosser Garten (mit Kinderspielgerät). Für schneebegeistere sicherlich wichtig - der Ski-Raum. Das einzigste was einem fehlen könnte (aber das weiß und sieht man ja vorher - ist vielleicht - ein Kamin). Da wir sicherlich dort wieder hinfahren werden - mache ich mir schon sorgen - das durch diese Bewertung jetzt der Preis steigen wird. Den Preis / Leistung stimmen absolut. Jeden Cent war das Haus wert und der Vermieter hat es sich verdient. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nein sehr sehr gerne wieder.
    Noch ein Nachtrag. Ich würde das Haus für 4 - 8 Personen empfehlen (auch wenn 12-14 Schlafstellen vorhanden). Ich denke dann würden die Sanitäreinrichtungen doch ein wenig knapp - aber gut jeder wie er mag ( ich brauch halt viel Platz ) - So nun wünsche ich allen dort einen schönen Urlaub und der Vermitterin und Ihrer Familie - viele weitere zufriedene liebe Gäste. See you Zillertal - I love Zillertal”
