Holiday apartment with a terrace and a fireplace stove
The holiday house with two apartments is 1.5km (pathway) from the Baltic Sea and about 1km outside the little coastal town of Hällevik with a supermarket and bicycle hire.
The apartment for up to four people measures around 70m². The living room and the kitchen are in a spacious and open style. The open kitchen is fully-equipped, with a dishwasher, electric stove and oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. It also has a dining table with chairs. The open living room provides a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, a radio, satellite TV, and a double sofa bed. There is also a fireplace stove in this large room. The whole apartment can also be heated with normal heating. The bedroom has a double bed, a children’s bed, a cupboard and a dresser. The bathroom provides a toilet, shower and washbasin.
This apartment has a big terrace of around 10m², accessed up stairs to the first floor, where the apartment is. The terrace provides garden furniture and a parasol.
The house is part of a small estate, with another holiday house and a residential and work building, a “health oasis” where the owner offer services in the area of podology, massage therapy and wellness. The natural site of around 3000m² borders a forest and is set back from the country road to Nogersund. There is a brick-built grill for shared use, with roofed seating. There are parking spaces on site.
Sölvesborg is 8km to the north-west. The nearest beautiful sandy beach is 1.5km away (4km by car). For fishing and canoeing enthusiasts, there are the Mörrumsan salmon river 25km away, the Harasjömåla (48 km) fishing paradise, and the Halen canoeing area (45km, hire available). It is recommended to go on a boat tour to the island of Hanö from Nogersund (4km away). There is a larger supermarket nearby (4km), open the whole week.
