Holiday house with three apartments, a lawn and a shared pool
Haus Andrea is 1.5km from the centre, shops and ski lifts, and just 50 metres from the public bus stop, with a free ski bus in winter. It is surrounded by some single-family and multiple-family houses and farms. There is a big parking space in front of the house.
It is just a one-minute walk to join cycle paths and hiking trails. It is a 20-minute walk along the stream to the centre with a supermarket, bakery, restaurants and cafés. The Großarler Ache flows right past the house.
Apartment for 6 people with a balcony
The holiday house is ideally situated for a skiing holiday. The excellent ski resort in the Salzburger Land is about five minutes away with the free ski bus, which stops 70 metres from the house.
The holiday apartment has a charming interior and can accommodate up to six people. It has two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and each with a single sofa), a living room with a new kitchen unit, a comfortable sitting corner and a dining table for six people, as well as a bathroom with a bath/shower and WC. There is also a big, furnished balcony.
Behind the house there are Deckchairs, seating and a barbecue. In addition there are four bikes, which are free of charge. Guided fairytale and nature hikes for adults and children are available in summer and in winter.
There are many waymarked hiking trails and 38 mountain restaurant chalets nearby for gourmet hikers and peak challengers. There is a leisure centre with an outdoor pool, slides, tennis courts, mini golf and a playground 1.5km away. Trip destinations include Liechtensteinklamm a 15-minute drive away, Hohenwerfen Castle with a bird show, the Giant Ice World 30 minutes away, or the town of Salzburg, about an hour’s drive away. The Salzburger Land Card is to be recommended, as it offers many free entries to attractions, places of interest and cable car rides. It is just a five-minute walk to the skiing training slope and you can ski there.
Non-skiers can enjoy guided winter walks and snow shoe hikes away from the ski pistes, relax and unwind, and experience and enjoy the beautiful nature and mountain landscapes.
