Villa with a large garden and roof terrace in a magnificent natural landscape
The villa is located in the small, traditional village of Roccascalegna in the rural region of Abruzzo between the Apennines and the Adriatic in Italy.
The villa with Italian charm and a modern interior can accommodate up to eight people. On the ground floor there are the spacious living room with a satellite TV and DVD layer, and the modern and fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a stove, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, of which three have a double bed and one has two single beds. There is a large family bathroom with a bidet, shower and bath. From the rear bedroom there is access to the enormous roof terrace with a magnificent view of the plot of land. Free wireless Internet is available, and a welcome gift and a bottle of wine are presented on arrival.
On the large plot of land there are olive grove, orchids and a forested area for relaxing.
The location in southern Italy, between the mountains and the golden beaches of the Adriatic with seaside resorts, hiking possibilities in national parks, and small villages, medieval churches, castles and museums is excellent and provides something for everybody. Vineyards, restaurants and traditional pizzerias and bakeries are in the immediate vicinity. In the village you will find everything for your everyday needs.
