Holiday house with a terrace in a small village

Do you love the “real” Italy? Then this is the right place for you. This house is in a small village between the picturesque Gran Sasso massif and the beautiful beaches of the central Adriatic.

The house is small, but equipped with everything one might night and decorated thoughtfully. Its 30m² provides an open kitchen with an oven, fridge, table, crockery and all other essentials, an adjoining bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a TV, stereo system, a bathroom with a shower, a WC and small bath. The house is so well insulated that only electric heating is required in winter and in summer the ceiling fan suffices. The house does not have Internet access but there are wireless hotspots in the area.

There is also a terrace. 20m-100m away there is a parking space for two cars.

The apartment is in an attractive location in the historic centre of Cepagatta and just a three-minute walk from the piazza, where you can stroll or enjoy a coffee or drink in one of the many bars. The restaurants specialised in local cuisine are within easy walking distance and are worth a visit. Cepagatti is a historical and cultural gem, where you can spend the perfect holiday. Here you can experience authentic Italian life. The traditional Abruzzo cuisine is all around you and it is delicious, varied and cheap. The location is convenient and near all the amenities, the beach, skiing and the national park. Here you will spend a varied holiday, however you choose, whether you head off for the natural heights of the Abruzzo national park, relax for a day on the beach, or enjoy shopping and nightlife in the Adriatic metrolpolis of Pescara.

The apartment is within walking distance of a number of shops, cafes, the post office, several banks, grocery shops, butchers, pharmacies, bakeries and a weekly market. You can enjoy your holiday away from tourism and can explore the Abruzzo region from the holiday house (beaches, hiking trails, skiing, festivals, restaurants and delicious gastronomy). By car you can visit the delightful little neightbouring towns such as Pescara, Penne, Chieti and Loreto Aprutino (Olive Museum). Cepagatti is surrounded by mountains, from which there is a breathtaking view of the Gran Sasso massif. The good location of this region provides easy access to both mountain landscapes and the Adriatic (about 15-20 minutes away by car). There you can enjoy being far away from mass tourism and relax completely. Not far away by car there are also several ski resorts (such as Prati di Tivo, Campo Imperatore, Prato Selva and Roccaraso).
