This charming property, besides being well equipped and nicely furnished, also benefits from an unobstructed sea panorama over the bay of Théoules-sur-Mer. It belongs to a total of 1,300 m² housing estate with pool (500 m) and tennis court. You have 20 m² of garden and, facing the sea, a 50 m² terrace at your exclusive disposal. Théoule-sur-Mer is a charming seaside resort with a cozy marina, stores and restaurants as well as a train station and small, fine sandy beaches. Not far away in Cannes, you can stroll along the palm-lined promenade, the Boulevard de la Croisette. A little further away, Nice and its Promenade des Anglais, the principality of Monaco or Grasse, the cradle of perfume, await you. Take a trip by car along the Litoral and stop in the beautiful seaside resorts of Saint-Raphaël or Fréjus or take the boat ferry to Saint-Tropez, the paradise of high society.
