Charming holiday house with pool, located 7 km from Lido di Camaiore with its beautiful beaches and set near the ancient village of Buchignano. The house spreads out on three floors. On the first floor: large living room with fully equipped kitchen; On the first floor are three bedrooms and one bathroom; On the ground floor are a small living room with separate access and a sofa bed, bathroom. The outside area is equipped with barbecue and offers different spaces to enjoy the spectacular Tuscan countryside and, adjacent, one hectare of vineyards of the owner. The area is ideal not only to reach the popular beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio (14 km) or the fashionable Forte dei Marmi (14,6 km), but also to visit Carrara (44 km), with its fine marble, and Pietrasanta (9,8 km) which is characterized by marble statues. Nature and sports lovers can enjoy the Antro of Corchia (25 km), a cave in the Park of the Apuan Alps, with 70 km of tunnels and wells making it the most important karst complex of Italy. Art lovers will be fascinated by the charming towns of Pisa (34 km) and Lucca (32 km). Children will have fun in the city of Collodi (52 km), home town of Pinocchio. The last 50 m of the access road are unpaved.
