La Torre Golf Resort is a beautiful development comprising of apartments, Townhouses and Villas surrounding the 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. This is a well-maintained apartment on the ground floor with a beautiful and private garden area, and lovely view of the golf course. It features a large terrace with comfortable sun loungers for lazing in the sun, which is also well suited for outdoor dining. It has a flat screen TV, air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms and wireless internet access. There are two nicely bedrooms and one bathroom sleeping up to four persons. The location is a perfect option for holiday makers and golfers alike as it is only a few kilometres from the best beaches of the Mar Menor, and the resort also offers plenty of facilities such as pools, tennis courts, bars, restaurants a supermarket and even a hairdresser.

    “Un très bel appartement et très propre. Sauf la terrasse qui n'avait pas été nettoyée on a tout le confort, mais avec un petit bémol vu que c'est occupé aussi par les propriétaires. Dans la cuisine il y a trop de vaisselle pas une seule place ou placard pour ranger sinon il n'y a rien a redire sur l'appartement.

    Maintenant autre chose, j'ai reçu par atraveo un contrat pour la location de l'appartement vous me précisez
    que les charges (életricité, gaz et eau) sont à payer selon consommation chose tout a fait normal en arrivant a la location on me présente une facture a payer de 147 euros. C'est a dire 7 euros jour multiplié par 21 soit 3 semaines de location c'est du vol manifeste. J'ai fait une réclamation au bureau de location qui est géré par Novasol et non pas atraveo et là on m'a sorti le contrat avec les charges de 7 euros jour. C'est de l'arnaque complète. Pour quelle raison vous ne le précisez pas dans votre contrat. Tous les ans je loue 1 mois en espagne et j'ai pour 60 euros de charges en septembre”
