Two holiday apartments with modern interior
This is a new and modern guesthouse in a very quiet location on the edge of a village and close to the Soča river. It is in the west of Slovenia, near the Italian border, surrounded by tranquil villages and national parks, in the river valley to the west of Tolmin.
The house built in 2014 has two holiday apartments, one of 45m² for up to four people, and one of 66m² for up to six people, which are next to each other on the ground floor and share a terrace. The two apartments are accessed separately from this terrace. The house is built in a slope and has a basement, a floor above it and an attic. The larger of the two apartments has stairs up to two bedrooms on the upper floor. All the bedrooms have a generous double bed (160 x 200cm) and each apartment has a fold-out sofa bed in the living room for two people. The two apartments can be booked individually or together.
The shared terrace has private seating with a dining table and chairs. From there you can enjoy the view of the green and mountainous surroundings.
The nearby river valley (100 metres away) will entice you with a range of activities such as fishing, kayaking and canoeing, swimming, mountain biking or hiking tours. There are many cafés, restaurants and shops 7km away, or you can discover others while exploring the surrounding villages. There is a dairy 200 metres away.

This holiday apartment of 45m² comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a generous and fully-furnished and equipped living room-kitchen with an integrated lounge area with a sofa bed and TV, and a shower room with a WC. The bedroom has colourful accents, such as a wall painted light green at the head of the double bed, which has bedside tables and lamps on either side. The modern kitchen unit provides a four-zone hob with an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, and an array of small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. You go past the dining table with four chairs in the middle of the room to the cosy lounge area with a fold-out sofa bed. The flatscreen TV has a USB port and so you can enjoy a film evening with your own films from a USB stick. The 12 TV channels are in Slovenian. Two external doors lead out onto the terrace, so this room is has plenty of daylight. The bathroom has a shower with a glass shower cubicle, a washbasin, shelving and a WC. Wireless Internet access is available, so you are accessible on holiday on your own mobile devices, can add the final touches to your holiday planning after arrival, or send your holiday greetings directly to your acquaintances.
