Comfortable apartment with community swimming pool and tennis court and capacity for 6 people. It's quiet but also centrally-located. Only at 200 meters are all kinds of shops and restaurants serving the best fresh fish and seafood from the Bay of Roses and less than 5 min driving are the sandy beaches with one of the most crystalline waters of the coast of Girona. Ideal to enjoy couple of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.

    “Die Wohnung selbst recht gross, leider das Haus selbst sehr sehr hellhörig. Man kann verstehen, was die anderen Wohnungseigenstümer, im 2. Stock (wurde deutsch gesprochen) und auch nebenan, zu besprechen haben.
    Man kann wirklich alles mitbekommen, was in den anderen Wohnungen vorsich geht. Im 2. Stock wurde erst eingezogen und bis in die Nacht gegen 4.30 Uhr wurden Betten verschoben und gehämmert und gebohrt, von Nachruhe einige Tage keine Rede. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön, hat einen grossen Balkon, leider ohne bequeme Balkonmöbel, nur einen Tisch mit einer Steinplatte und sehr harte (ohne Kissen) Stühle. In der Wohnung selbst gab es kein deutsches TV, und kein Internet. Ein Einbruchschaden an der Eingangstür wurde nicht behoben. Der Toaster konnte nicht benutzt werden Der Geschirrspüler hatte Wasserverlust. Die Wohnung liegt nicht in einer ruhigen Gegend, sondern an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße mit viel Lärm, der auch Nachts
    zu hören war. In der deutschen Sprache kommt man sehr schlecht weiter, sogar bei der Verwaltung.
